Retraité avec une toute petite pension, j'ai fait des économies pour acheter un téléviseur connecté plus cher que les autres, car je voulais ce petit Sony de 80 cm de diagonale et j'en suis ravi. Alors pourquoi seulement 4 étoiles, et bien parce que je ne peux pas établir de connexion entre lui et mon smartphone IOS (IPhone) et c'est bien dommage... A moins que je n'ai pas encore découvert comment faire ?

I cannot believe that this is a Sony TV, I have a KDL-40W2000 which has been a brilliant set which I bought in 2006. It is far better in many respects apart from the teletex storage. The KC-32W800 is slow in response times has a poor EPG which is slow and I cannot get the teletext to work.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de ce téléviseur. Nous n'avons cependant pas encore installés les fonctionnalités Android TV car c'est nouveau pour nous et nous ne sommes pas encore très à l'aise avec celles-ci. Les fonctionnalités de ce téléviseur sont supérieures à nos attentes. Cela ne fait que quelques semaines que nous l'avons. Nous n'avons pas encore eu le temps de nous familiariser avec ces fonctions. Ce qui nous importait avant tout était de pouvoir regarder la télévision dans notre chambre avec une excellente qualité de son et d'image. Pari réussi. Merci.

This model replaces an earlier Bravia model which I had for years but ultimately failed. The new model makes me realise how my I prefer the old model as it had features which are no longer available, plus the TV does not operate the way the help pages or manual describe. I tried creating a favourite list but the options described in the manual are absent. I wish I still had the earlier Bravia model which I strongly prefer

I purchased this TV, plus a sound bar, TV stand, and table for the entire suite. The TV is very good although I cannot get rid of the margins top and bottom on the TV when playing films ect. The Aspect control through the picture menu is rubbish and there is little help from Sony who I contacted. Seems we have to live with it which is disappointing. The all round sound is very good.

Rather disappointing

This TV has a good picture and acceptable sound. On the other hand it has been troublesome to set up apps and seems to drop the Internet connection frequently. It has had to be factory reset once to get the apps working again and is now connected to the router with an Ethernet cable in an attempt to reduce Internet dropouts. The previously used, very cheap, Roku plug-in had non of these problems. Both receivers were a few centimetres from the wireless router. The Android operating system seems sluggish compared to the Roku.

good tv spoilt by a remote control with small buttons and when a button is pressed it takes tv 1-2 seconds to respond,i tried using the remote from my 55 inch bravia and it worked perfectly,also usb recording i connected a new usb/ssd drive, followed on screen instructions and formatted drive when i tried to record tv tells me disc is not ready,on screen menu does not allow me to reformat drive,£40.00 wasted on a drive,beware.

I bought the Sony tv on recommendation as my brother always has Sony. I had a nearly new Samsung tv but I have found all the cheaper Samsung tvs suffer with pixel movement in the dark areas and artificial looking colours. The Sony is miles better and the construction of the cabinet much bette too. . The feet on the Sony fit much better than the Samsung whose feet have to be tightened so much you think you are going to break off the screw heads. Sony good quality all round. And I have heard from tech friends that the Siny sets last much longer than the budget ones as the components dont fail so quickly and are made to last!

When I bought the product from a retailer, I was told that I could jump between channels. However, after setting up the product, everything else was as good as I had expected, but I couldn't jump between channels. Looking up on YouTube, it was shown that it could, but when asking the company it said it couldn't which was very disappointing.

I bought this on June 23rd. from Liverpool store. Spent two days trying to get through to Customer Service because I was having trouble with the remote control - severe arthritis in my fingers, buttons are very small. Never got an answer. Visited store, booked appointment for technician, came out 2nd. July. Charged £49.99 for the pleasure. Then I find set doesn't have Text. Disgusting online service, wasted hours of my time waiting for a answer to my phone calls, Technical Department said they would phone back, didn't happen. Furious at having to watch a 17 inch screen when I borrowed set from friend to watch World Cup. Messaged you regarding refund of the setting up fee. Surprise, surprise - still waiting for an answer

I bought this TV a few weeks ago. It's simple to set up, and very easy to use. It's full of up to date tech features if you want to make use of them, but if you don't, then it's a nice, easy, traditional telly if you want it to be. A good small TV for the kitchen. The only criticism is that the on/off light at the front is very faint & you can't really tell if the set is on or off so you really have to be right up close when you switch it on.

Bought this recently. Am still finding way round various picture and sound settings. Very complicated to make correct choice for best picture - lots of selections to make. Feel that picture is not as good as my previous 8 year old, inexpensive Hitachi TV was. Possibly because I still haven't found the correct adjustments. On the whole satisfied with TV.

I needed a new 32” tv for my bedroom and there aren’t many makes that make that size. Fortunately for me Sony do and I have always had Sony TV’s for all rooms and I have not been disappointed. My last tv lasted 16 years so I hope this one does as well. Same quality as always and not expensive.

I found the initial installation over complicated and long winded. Trying to get the right colour balance was impossible. Despite trying every combination and even resetting it twice, the colours are either harsh and garish or dull. I will never buy a Sony TV again.
