Please make sure that the camera is properly connected to the TV via a USB cable. A loose or faulty connection can cause the camera to not be recognized by the TV. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Zoom app on your TV. This can sometimes resolve issues related to app functionality.

Please make sure that you are within range when performing gestures. The TV may not be detected or have some error due to the camera angle or position of people between the TV and the camera. We can confirm that it's connected via the USB port, and not HDMI: https://bit.ly/3KREwBE & https://bit.ly/3RzvsmU.
So you don't need to rely on any HDMI connectors at all.
