I have had these headphones for 6 months and they were really good, the sound quality was nice and crisp. However, the right ear has started to crackle and it sounds so awful, considering I’ve only had them for 6 months they seem quite flimsy

I got these as a present last Christmas and the other week I put them on charge, when I took them off they were flashing purple instead of blue, the sound was very low and it would not turn up. Won’t be replacing them.

I bought this product about two month ago and have not been able to use it most of the time!! In most cases when I pair it or connect if already paired, I only hear a clicking sound! I tried all the recommendations , reset, bluetooth on off, other bluetooth devices removed. Nothing works always. But, occasionally, It works .. for some time and then .. suddenly it's back just clicking .. I can't just bring it back to the shop becaue they insist its my Surface Pro bluetooth .. But .. all other bluetooth devices work fine on it ..

Sehr guter Klang, perfekt zu tragen. Allerdings entstehen extrem laute und schreckliche Störgeräusche zwischen den Titeln, wenn mit Mac Power Book und dem Programm "Music" Musik gehört wird. Nach dem Musikgenuss eines Titels kommt der Schlag: Ein Digitalklirren in voller Lautstärke. Das ist nicht akzeptabel und für die Ohren gefährlich. Ich bitte um Hilfe, sonst sende ich das Gerät zurück.

La connexion bluetooth est très aisée et rapide, le son est bon avec un bon équilibre et pas de basses sur-vitaminées. Le port est agréable mais le casque serre un eu trop, si l'on porte des lunettes, ça fini par faire mal aux oreilles. Mais c'est qu'il est temps d'arrêter l'écoute, de toute façon

Bought there less than a year ago, and already the software has stopped functioning, the volume control is unpredictable and to be honest the sound quality doesn’t meet my expectations for the price. These are the equivalent of skullcandy’s $30 option in my opinion, or worse. Sorry Sony, you’re over.

I have had these for about a year and they have been great so far. I dont like 2 things about these :1.you can only connect them via bluetooth or nfc and not by cable and 2.the material is plastic and doesnt feel that great but doesnt feel bad either. They're quite comfortable but after some time your ears might hurt and u might get some ear swear. The battery is amazing i sometimes forget the last time i have charged them.

Don't waste your money!!!

The use on the cellphone was good and easy like a headphone. BUT If you want an headphone to use on a laptop, don't waste your money!!! The first pairing was a little bit hard(not intuitive), but, with a little help of the manual and internet I finally can connect to my laptop!! And start other issues The headphone is recognized like two devices(headphone and hands free) For listen music works fine But..... if you want to make a call in Skype or Hangouts(meet), just work as a microphone, you can't listen nothing in the call, then I change from headphone to headset and doesn't work, again, from headset to headphone and doesn't work

I've had these headphones a few months now, and wouldn't be without them during my commute. Great sound quality, easy to use and comfortable to wear when in use. I have them paired with an Iphone, and use them for calls. No complaints from my interlocutors re the microphone, which I have had with other headphones in the past. Another point to note - I have used Beats wireless headphones with the same phone, and much prefer the sound I get from these. The only niggle is that I have to extend them fully, and fold the earpiecies, to wear these headphones around my neck. As I usually don't keep them there, a small niggle indeed. Also, if I want to pair the headphones with more than one device, it isn't always easy to switch between them. To reconnect to my phone after being paired to my laptop for example, I need to set up a brand new pairing relationship rather than re-activating the existing one (ie rather than selecting <Connect>, I need to <Forget Device> and then search and connect again). I don't do this often as a result.

I bought these just under a month ago for my birthday and they are amazing. Theg are super comfortable and easy to use with great sound quality. The battery life lasts for ages and so far I have no complaints. Would definitely recommend!

I bought this 6months ago. I rarely use it. One day it gets the purple light and no sound/barely sound. Sony is aware of this and doesnt want to handle this issue.
