The subwoofer is designed for playback of bass or low-frequency sound. When the input source, such as in TV programs, does not contain much bass sound, the bass sound from the subwoofer may be difficult to hear.

Regarding the sound dropout issue, you can minimize interference with other wireless devices that causes the sound to dropout by following these steps: Set [Setup] - [Advanced Settings] - [Speaker Settings] - [Wireless Speaker Settings] - [RF Channel] to [Off], then set to [On].
