We're sorry to learn that the voice guidance is in Chinese.
It appears that you got a non-European version of the headset. Since the voice guidance language can't be changed, there's nothing that can be done, unfortunately, as the headphones are not compatible with the headphones connect app, that can change the language of the voice guidance for compatible models.

In this case, we recommend returning the headphones to the retailer.
