These fit in the waterproof case great and work wonderfully. I would give 5 stars if Sony would include these with the initial camera purchase. Just use these properly and you won't be disappointed. HOW TO USE: Install under camera and inside case. (yes the directions say on the side, but it fits so perfectly on the bottom side of the camera). Do this at least an hour before you plan to use the camera. Don't open the case again until you are done using it inside the case. It takes time for all the moisture to evaporate and be absorbed by this pad. If you want to speed things along, sit the camera in direct sunlight to heat it up and speed things up. Seriously, plan on at least an hour of "wait time" before you use the camera, and it will work perfectly. The price on these things is horrible. For the price I would like to get at least a 5-10 pack. Luckily they seem to last quite a while.

I live in humid South Texas so I followed the instructions that were included with these inserts. It didn't matter, the case fogged up as quickly as without them. I turned off the cam and waited for it to clear to at least get my usual 5-7 minutes of defogged recording. I'm going to try them again, but it seems it'll be to no avail. Where do they test these and other products, in Denver?---and the humidity level is affected by their coffeepot at their workplace?

Anti-fog strips should be free

Used my Sony AS15 for a Memorial Day bike race and was very disappointed to see that after 10 minutes into the race the camera case had serious fogging issues. Now I see online this is a common design flaw in the "water-proof" cases. Sony should be providing anti-fog strips or an alternate case free to unsatisfied customers.
