can't add mail accounts please help

Hi please help - I cant add e.mail pop3accounts - there is an error when it gets to the smtp page?  really struggling to be impressed with this tablet at the  moment

    Sorry to read of the problems.

     

    Some questions to ask before I could shine any light on this.

     

    - What email account type are you setting up? eg Hotmail, Gmail etc

    - What email application are you trying to use?

    - What does the error actually say?
