Does anyone have any experience of dealing with SONY VAIO repair centre?
My dropped laptop was sent for repair, took 3 weeks and came back with a cracked screen. The issue is that:
a. It did not have a cracked screen when it left
b. A new screen was not quoted when they recieved the machine (because it was not there) and when they quoted for the repairs
c. Dead pixels were quoted to me THE DAY before it was sent back - and its a crack, not dead pixels!!!
I am not getting anywhere with Customer Services, have paid my repairs in good faith and have a broken machine that is under 2 months old.
I knew I should have bought a Mac - you would not get this service from Apple.
Sony - you are an embarrassment. I am seeking advice as this is unacceptable.
