I'm trying to upgrade my Tablet S from v3.2 to v4.0.3 without success.

I can download the update, start the update process and when the device reboots, it states cannot update 'error code: 5'

Anyone come across this or got any ideas to resolve?

delete some big bulky apps / some movies that you are done watching
move some big bulky apps from internal memory to internal sdcard memory

to move apps, you go to Settings, Applications. Sort on size... start moving some bigger ones
to delete you may want to install a File Mamager App

I think the problem is: not enough free memory

see if you can get over 1 Gb free, then try updating again.
