I have the BDP S380 for approx 10 months it has just deceided to play up on me and it just displays the words see you all the time. I have tried to hold the units tray eject button for ten seconds then the unit displays open you. Theres no picture or sound and the unit is unresponsive to the remote. ive tried all the usual things on/off etc but nothing seems to work any help or ideas cheers

    Hmm, strange, but as you are under warranty, I'd get it checked out by your local service centre and they should be able to sort it.
