Hello,

I have model: KDL-S32A12U which is about 6 years old.

Two days ago the LED sensor kept flashing green and is still doing it now.

It is impossible to work the television.

I have checked all the leads and remote control and they are fine.

Is the TV completely broken or can i get it repaired?

If it is repairable will it cost a lot?

I appreciate all your help and advice.

Which LED sensor is this? Any decription on what this one is? If you can, a screen shot would very much help here.

Hi, i have a similar if not identical problem. Have a kdf-e50a12u in the spare room, it's also abt 6/7 years old (rear projection bravia). It stays on for about 5-15 mins each time it's turned on, but turns itself off into standby mode, where the normally red light is, it blinks between green and red. If the tv is turned off at the button and on again, it restarts as normal and lasts a further few mins.
To repeat it is the standby light which flashes green/red.

Any advice much appreciated.
