Bought a second hand Vaio PCV-F11M All In One computer. Have inputed the model, Serial number into Sony support but cannot find any information.

I am desperate for a user or maintenence manual

    Hi scratchnow and welcome.

     

    The reason you cannot find any information is because you are using an invalid Vaio Model.  I think you are quoting the chassis type which is shared between several Vaio models.

     

    Try to find another model code - it will be something like VGC-V2M - and it may be on the screen surround somewhere or in Control Panel -> Vaio Control Centre -> System Information.

    Hi Blencogo, many thanks for that. You are correct it is VGC V2M. I took the other information from the rear of the PC. Thanks again
