Hoping someone out there can advise or point in the direction of a solution to the following issue.

I have very recently purchased the 3D vaio model VPCF21Z1E and wanted to try out the 3D DVD functionality, so i purchased Puss In Boots Coral Blue Ray 3D dvd, however when i load the disk into the laptop i get the opening dreamworks screen running fine but the actual move plays the sound ok but not the film pictures, it is missing screen definition with a fragmented pictures and the film view freezes.

Any help or advice would be greatly received, as i am a bit of technophobe.
