After working fine for 15 months my BDP-S370 suddenly last weekend lost all the UK services, eg iplayer, and substituted a number of European services. I'm assuming it thinks it is now a European model and not allowed to pick up UK services, presumably after an update. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Do the 'initialise personal data' or similar reset which clears all the services in the setup menu and turn the device off for 5 minutes at the plug. Then reboot the router and turn the Blu-ray back on. It should then have be allocated a UK IP address from your ISP and will find the UK services again.
